ArchitectureThe SOP-Creator is a software application based on the VIP Content Management system (CMS). The VIP HTML-Client is available for the entry, modification, and verification of SOPs. The VIP HTML-Client has been expanded with an SOP-specific component and offers a user-friendly interface for editors and quality managers. The administration of the SOPs takes place centrally in the VIP CMS and encompasses a quality-assurance cycle, version control and reference management. For shared access to the SOPs over the internet, the documents will be made available through stylesheets in web (HTML) and printable (PDF) formats. |
