SOP-Creator

The SOP-Creator is a web based software tool for the creation and quality assurance, central administration, and distributed presentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

A better acceptance of SOPs is anticipated due to improved usability. The SOP Management Software SOP-Creator is being designed, created and introduced in two stages. Stage 1 contains the following basic functions: (1) Creation and quality assurance of SOPs using the editorial tool VIP'HTML Client, extended with an SOP-specific component; (2) Administration of SOPs on the CMS VIP platform with central data storage, version admin, reference admin, access control and quality assurance cycle; (3) SOP distribution using style sheets as Web (HTML) and printable (PDF) documents.
