Ontology of stem cells

The aim of the project is to support interoperability and integration of experimental results and processual information about stem cells by means of ontologies. This goal requires the adaption of existing approaches and the creation of new ontologies. The intended ontologies include ontologies of experiments in the field of stem cell research for the description of experimental procedures and results, and a top level ontology of processes as a basis for modelling genealogical processual trees.
