GFO (General Formal Ontology): Development of a Top-Level Ontology for Knowledge Modelling
The aim of the project is the development of a stable and expressive top level ontology that can serve as a foundation for knowledge modelling in different application domains. Examples of top level categories covered in the current version of GFO include objects, processes, time and space, properties, relations, roles, functions, facts, and situations.
